Art Commissions
Thank you so much for being interested in my work. I look forward to creating something truly meaningful with you.
Memory Commissions
Welcome, wanderer of beauty.
If you’ve found your way here, perhaps a story is calling to be painted — a face, a flower, a memory, a moment. My commissions are quiet collaborations, shaped with premium watercolour materials, slow devotion, and a touch of watercolour magic.

Bridal Bouquet Commissions
Welcome, lover of flowers and meaningful moments.
If you’ve found your way here, perhaps you’re longing to preserve the quiet magic of your wedding day — the bouquet you carried with the flowers chosen with intention and the colours that held your story. My bridal bouquet commissions are gentle collaborations, painted with premium archival watercolours, slow devotion, and a touch of folklore.

The Process
Submit your Request
After receiving your request, I’ll send you a detailed commission guide with photo guidelines.
(Please note: submitting a commission request does not guarantee a commissioned piece by Petal on Parchment)
Confirmation
After reviewing your photos, I’ll confirm the format, and share your timeline along with an invoice for the piece. Commissions typically take around 2 – 6 weeks to complete (from initial drawings to shipping).
Reserve your spot
A deposit of 50% is required to book your commission and secure your slot. This ensures I can dedicate my full focus to creating your dream artwork of your wedding bouquet.
Revision and adjustments
An initial sketch will be sent to your email for confirmation or editing before the painting process begins.
There are absolutely NO refunds once I start on your commission.
Receive you Artwork
You’ll receive a photo of your finished artwork along with the final invoice for the last payment before it’s carefully packaged and sent via insured shipping.
Format
Each commission is individually composed into 5 size categories. If an alternative size is preferred, I am happy to discuss your dream piece further.
All artwork is delivered unframed (which gives you the freedom to choose a frame that complements your space), though I do offer an additional framing service for those who would like a ready-to-display piece (this would be in my preferred raised float mount style.)
(These sizes and prices are estimates since each piece is individually scaled and curated to perfectly match the painting)
Curio
(15 x 21 cm / 6 x 8 in) – R320 / $50
A Curio is a small treasure — something you’d find tucked inside a wooden drawer, a keepsake box, or an old curiosity cabinet.
This size honours the intimate, delicate nature of small memories: a single bloom, a quiet portrait, a moment captured like a pressed flower between pages.
It’s the size of secrets, tokens, and tender beginnings.

Relic
(21 x 30 cm / 8 x 11 in) – R650 / $110
A Relic is something preserved because it mattered — a fragment of a story, held onto with reverence.
This size carries more detail, more presence, more breath.
It feels like a page torn from an old botanical journal or a piece of history rediscovered.
A Relic is for memories you want to honour, not just remember.

Keepsake
(25 x 35 cm / 10 x 14 in) – R1620 / $210
A Keepsake is a gift of memory — something you hold onto because it holds onto you.
This size allows for richer storytelling, layered detail, and a sense of emotional weight.
It’s perfect for portraits, bouquets, and symbolic pieces that deserve space to bloom.
A Keepsake is meant to be cherished, displayed, and passed down.

Artefact
(35 x 50 cm / 14 x 20 in) – R3250 / $500
An Artefact is a piece with gravity — something that feels like it belongs in an archive, a museum, or a family lineage.
This size invites depth, texture, and immersive detail.
It transforms a moment into something almost mythic, something that feels unearthed rather than newly made.
An Artefact is a statement piece — a story rendered in full.

Heirloom
(55 x 76 cm / 22 x 30 in) – R7525 / $920
An Heirloom is a legacy — a work created not just for you, but for those who will come after you.
This grand scale allows for sweeping detail, emotional resonance, and a sense of timelessness.
It’s the kind of artwork that becomes part of a home, a lineage, a family story.
An Heirloom is made to be treasured across generations.
